Just wanted to take a moment and share the experiences I have had with your organization. I have an extensive car collection and previously signed up with another registration organization. Much to my dismay, I was never able to talk to a human being or get answers to my emails. After being totally fed up, I googled other companies, and yours came up, and I was drawn to the TLC letters in your name.

 

After looking at your reviews, I filled out the form, and within 10 minutes, I received a call from Priscilla. After speaking with Priscilla for a few moments, I was sold. I was amazed by her demeanor and sincere concern for the dilemma I was having with the other company. She said she would see what she could do for me and call me back. Needless to say, I was amazed once again when she called me right back and offered me a great deal to switch to your company.

 

After explaining your Montana LLC services, she emailed some basic forms and instructions. After reviewing them, I called her back with some additional questions, and within a matter of hours, the switch was done. I then had some questions on procedures and emailed the vehicle support department, and was referred to Brenna, who, just like Priscilla, answered all my questions verbally and in email.

 

After sending in my first set of car titles, I sent an email to the vehicle department again asking them to let me know if they were done correctly after they received them. As requested, I received a phone call from Amber assuring me everything was done correctly. Once again, I was amazed at the customer service.

 

Soon after, I received an email from Tom in the vehicle department verifying all five of my vehicles were done and sent to the DMV for registration. Amazing customer service.

 

In closing, as a career businessman for many years, I am a firm believer that the key to a successful business is “CUSTOMER SERVICE”. Priscilla opened the door as a salesperson for your organization, and she also opened the door for me to meet all your service staff. Priscilla, Brenna, Amber, and Tom are the reason I have sent another 17 vehicles in the last three days, with many more to come.
