Required LLCTLC Vehicle Registration Form
We recommend filling this out on a laptop or desktop computer (Not a phone or tablet)
Please note: you will need to complete this form for each vehicle you register. 

If you would like a different plate design than the “Centennial” standard plate, type your choice above. Motorcycles and SXS will be issued the standard, motorcycle-sized plate, unless you indicate above that you’d like the Motorcycle Safety Education Plate or the Montana Chrome for Kids plate.

TEMPORARY TAGS: Now that we are processing registrations within a week (assuming complete, accurate title work and payment), temporary tags are usually issued only a day or two before the actual registration, and therefore not always necessary.  If you still wish to have a temporary tag, please email vehicles@llctlc.com.
