We can become the registered agent for you for your existing Montana LLC for $285.00, which includes our registered agent fee for the year, and the fee to file an amendment with the Montana Secretary of State to update the address and registered agent information for your currently-registered LLC.

If you have a vehicle registered to your Montana LLC with a different agent and switch to us, we can update the company address on the vehicle registration when the renewal comes due for the price of the vehicle registration renewal plus $115.00 (which includes our service fee, and the fee to have a duplicate title issued with the new address of your company).

For future vehicle purchases, the fees to register are $545 for standard vehicles (unless subject to Montana's Luxury Tax or EV Tax), and $475 for trailers, motorcycles, and quadricycles/UTVs.
