As a result of our business working with out-of-state clients, millions of dollars in fees are generated for the State of Montana - all without placing any burden on our state's infrastructure.

We are proud to have generated approximately $1.35 million per year in revenue to the Montana Department of Justice through vehicle registration - providing funding for services like the Highway Patrol and Consumer Protection.  

Additionally, all new LLCs filed by our business generate approximately $110,000 each year in new business filing fees for the Montana Secretary of State’s Office.

These numbers are only from LLCTLC, but there are approximately 30 registered agents providing vehicle registration services in Montana, and also generating revenue through registrations and SOS fees.
