Our Ruby Package includes:

• A Montana LLC set-up + the fees for the first vehicle registration (unless that vehicle is subject to Montana’s “Luxury Tax”)  (Passenger vehicles newer than 11 years old with an MSRP over $150,000 incur an additional $825 DMV registration fee, or motor homes newer than 11 years old with an MSRP over $300,000 will incur an additional $800 DMV registration fee).

 

When we file your LLC, we’ll list your personal name and address as the member (owner) of the LLC.  Information about your and your ownership of a Montana LLC is easily found on the Montana Secretary of State’s website. If you do not like the idea of having your name and/or address on that filing, we have alternate filing techniques available in our Sapphire, Emerald, and Diamond packages to increase your privacy. 

 

Annual Renewal Fees of $265 are due every January, which includes our registered agent fees for the year and the filing of your annual report as required by the Montana Secretary of State’s office to keep your LLC active.

 

We can register additional vehicles to your Montana LLC for a flat-rate fee of $545 per vehicle, unless the vehicle is subject to Montana's Luxury Tax or EV Tax.
