The fees for the first vehicle registration, unless that vehicle is subject to Montana’s “Luxury Tax” (Passenger vehicles newer than 11 years old with an MSRP over $150,000 incur an additional $825 DMV registration fee, or motor homes newer than 11 years old with an MSRP over $300,000 will incur an additional $800 DMV registration fee)
Our Basic Privacy filing technique leaves your personal address out of the LLC filing, which is available to anyone on the secretary of state’s website. We assign you a personal mailbox number (PMB) with our Helena, Montana address and list that as the "member’s address", rather than your personal address.
Annual Renewal Fees of $365 are due every January, which includes our registered agent fees for the year, the fees for your ‘Basic Privacy’ option, and the filing of your annual report as required by the Montana Secretary of State’s office to keep your LLC active.
We can register additional vehicles to your Montana LLC for a flat-rate fee of $585 per vehicle (unless the vehicle is subject to Montana's Luxury Tax or EV Tax), or $525 for motorcycles, SxS, and trailers.
