Will I have to pay sales tax on the vehicle?
No - because Montana has no sales tax, and your Montana LLC is a "Montana resident", you will not pay sales tax on any vehicles purchased under your Montana LLC.
Is this legal?
Yes! As long as the title of the Kei truck is in the name of your Montana LLC, your Montana registration is legal and valid.

Packages start at a one-time purchase price of $1295, which includes the full setup of the LLC and registration of the first vehicle. There’s typically a $275 foreign import fee from the state of Montana, but we waive that for all HVNY customers.

If cancellation occurs prior to your company being filed with the Secretary of State, refund will be given in full. Disclosure of payment information is consent to file the company.

If cancellation occurs after the filing of your company with the Secretary of State, refund will be given less the fees assessed to establish the LLC.

If cancellation occurs after the registration of a property with a state office, no refund will be given.

Payment is considered consent to file the company with the Montana Secretary of State. All companies will be filed immediately upon payment processing.
