MANAGED ANNUAL REPORT SERVICES

Registering your LLC with LLCTLC comes with plenty of perks and is totally stress-free. If you register in Montana, that includes your Annual Reports.

Most states, including Montana and Wyoming, require LLCs to file annual reports. They vary from state to state, but most include basic information like your company's name, street address, and your registered agent's name and contact information. This document is important nationwide because it prevents the state from having out-of-date information on your company. If your address changes and the state doesn't know, they could deliver important documents to the wrong address that can have massive repercussions for your business.

If you miss your annual report filing date, your company could be in for some serious penalties, including late fees and losing your good standing with the Secretary of State's office. LLCTLC will begin sending out information update requests in late December to get your report ready.
